Hi! My name is Charlotte and I’m currently a senior Public Relations major with a Sociology minor at Belmont University. I figured I kick my blog off by introducing myself, my work and what I plan to post in the future.
So a few things about me:
- I’m a dedicated New Yorker from Long Island NY
- I am a concert fanatic and spend most of my paychecks on different concert tickets
- I have an abundance of useless pop culture knowledge
- Most of the time I can be found watching New Girl, Modern Family, Normal People or the Bachelor
- My life goal is to go everywhere on Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travel List
- My other life goal is to meet Harry Styles but I’m still trying to figure out how to accomplish that
- I spent this past summer working in Hawaii and living in a hostel and that has become one of my only personality traits
I plan on using this blog to write about random thoughts and opinions as well as to go in depth on various social media campaigns and to highlight my favorite articles that I’ve written. As far as my career in public relations goes, I specialize in social media and writing news content. Most of my internship experience involves writing and social media management. I love brainstorming new content ideas and telling stories in a way that captivates the reader. As my career progresses I hope to be able to use my passion for exploring new cultures to better be able to tell the stories of businesses who hope to make a difference in the world.
